Helios Investment Partners has appointed Dabney Tonelli as its head of investor relations.
Tonelli has been brought in to lead Helio’s strategy to manage and further develop relationships with existing and prospective investors. She will be based in London.
Tonelli was previously managing partner and chief operating officer at Chayton Capital, where she jointly managed the implementation of the company’s strategy across Africa. Her primary focus was on operations, transactions and key investor relationships.
Prior to joining Chayton, Tonelli was at Goldman Sachs for 12 years, where she held a number of management roles in the bank’s global investment research team in London.
She has also worked in the bank’s investment management division in New York, covering product development, management, marketing and client coverage. Tonelli began her financial services career at American Express.
